What types of notifications can I receive?

In the preferences for your listing, you have the option to choose how you are notified of showings or showing requests. 

In the first section, you can enter your preferred phone, text, and email address. 


Push Notifications are only available if you have the My Home app installed.

In the Notification Settings section, you can choose different ways of being notified.  
  • Push - Our app will display a notification on your device
  • Email - The details and link to see more information will be sent to the email address you entered. 
  • Text Message - A short message will be sent to your cell phone number and will provide a link with more information.
  • Call - An automated call or appointment specialist will contact you to let you know the details of the request. 
Please Note: You can select to receive SMS and Push notifications anytime or a specific set of hours.

Under the Advanced section, you can select how you want to be notified for specific events such as:
  • Appointment request & confirmation notifications
  • New feedback notifications
  • Showing complete notifications
  • New messages from your agent

In some markets, agents can manually indicate that the showing is over.

Please be sure to save your changes.

These same settings are available from your laptop/desktop.

Phone calls and text messages (SMS) may be affected if your cell phone carrier has outages. Push notifications are sent from ShowingTime.
