Can I reschedule appointments?

You can propose a new time for the showing to occur and also decline the showing if the time does not work.

Step 1

Navigate to the activity section of My Home.

Step 2

Locate the appointment that you need to Reschedule.

Select Propose Better Time.

Optionally you can cancel the appointment.
