Check your phone settings. You may have inadvertently activated the do not disturb feature of your device or turned notifications off for our app.


Check the settings in the app. Verify the contact information and methods.

Push Notifications are only available if you have the My Home app installed.


Contact your listing agent. In some instances, a listing is refreshed in the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) to update information and needs to be merged in our software. Your listing agent can complete this step.
