Help: I can't access ShowingTime!

In the event, that you have forgotten your username or password, you can take the following steps to regain access.

Navigate to or open the My Home by ShowingTime App on your device. If you do not have the app yet, you can download it for IOS or Android:

Obtaining your username

Your username is unique and hidden from ShowingTime. In the event that you forget your username, you can request it from the app or website.

Password assistance

Your password is secure and we cannot see it. If you forget your password you can request it to be reset.


Step 1

Enter your Username and press next.

Step 2

Select Forgot Password.

An email will be sent to the address you registered with ShowingTime. It will contain a link for you to reset your password.
