What If I change agents?


If you change agents (Realtor) you may still be able to use My Home. We work with agents and offices in many markets.
  • If your new listing agent has access to ShowingTime, all you have to do is give them your email address. They will add these details to your listing and it will show up automatically. 
  • If you want to remove the previous copy of your listing, you will need to contact the previous listing agent. Once they remove your email address, the listing will vanish in My Home.
  • If you have a second listing that is not showing up, please make sure that you have provided the same email address to the listing agent of both listings.

Once a listing is sold or off-market, it will automatically be removed from the app in a few days (depending on the office's settings). You can ask the agent to provide you with the listing history if you need it later.
