I see an appointment that is marked declined, but I didn't decline it, what is going on?

Your listing agent can also decline or reschedule appointments. In some cases, agents know that a request is too soon or that you have other events scheduled. 

We recommend contacting your agent to discuss the process in greater detail. You can provide them a schedule of times that you know will not work and those times where showings can be auto-approved.
