Can I communicate with the buyer's agent?

You can always share any notes, comments, or instructions with your agent who can pass these on to agents, and configure your listing to display them.

Typical notes and instructions may include
  • Preventing same-day showings
  • Instructions to leave lights as they found them
  • Required lead time before showings can occur (such as at least 30 minutes notice required)
  • Information about pets
  • Requests for showings to not occur early or late
  • etc...

In some markets, you may have the ability to see the buyer's agent contact information. This is a setting that is available to your listing agent and their office.
