Why do I get multiple notifications about the same appointment?

In order to make sure you have ample notice we will contact you via the methods you select. Often this means getting a text/email or push notification right away and a phone call a short while later. Phone calls will never be delivered after hours and will sometimes occur the next morning.

The buyer's agent needs to know as soon as possible that a showing is confirmed or needs to be rescheduled so that they can plan their day with potential buyers. Once you confirm or decline the showing, notifications will stop unless there is a need to reschedule.
