What if I don't see my listing?

Once you create your account, your agent will need to perform a few steps on their side in order for the listing to appear in My Home. One of these is to add your email address so that your account is linked.

Until this is completed, there may be a short time where your listing cannot be found in the app. 

Make sure that you have provided your listing agent with the same email address that you used to create your account.
