What If I see an error in the app when I have a home for sale?
If you see a message in the app stating that there is no home currently listed, do not worry.
In order to use My Home, you need to have an email address on file.
This email address is not shared and only your listing agent can see it.
Once you have provided your email address to your listing agent, and they have added it to the listing on their end, you will be able to use the app to confirm showing requests, view activity on your listing, and set your contact preferences.
